[ICOS-pCO2-IC2021] more information on web site

      Hi all,
We added more information about the inter-comparison to the OTC website: https://otc.icos-cp.eu/node/144 (under experiment). This might answer some questions. We also decided now for an "official" hashtag if you want to tweet about the inter-comparison: #pco2compare.
